The Process
Our process is entirely remote. Once you order, we ship an impression kit to your door. You take your dental impressions following our guide, ship them back in our prepaid envelope, and our lab designs your custom veneers with delivery in 2 weeks after impressions are received.
Typically, the entire process takes about 3-4 weeks. This includes shipping the kit to you, your impression taking time, return shipping, and our laboratory's precision crafting period.

Yes, we offer various options tailored to your needs, including top-only, bottom-only, and full-set veneers. Each tier includes our premium lab quality and impression kit.
Fit is our priority. If your veneers aren't fitting comfortably, we provide one free adjustment within the first 30 days. We use high-precision 3D scanning to ensure a snug, anatomical fit based on your unique impressions.
With proper care and maintenance, our custom veneers are designed to last for several years. They are made from durable, high-grade materials similar to those used in traditional cosmetic dentistry.
Care & Warranty
To keep your veneers looking their best, ensure you rinse them after eating. Use a soft toothbrush and mild soap for cleaning, and avoid using hot water or toothpaste as these can damage the finish.
All of our custom veneers come with a standard 30-day warranty. If your veneers break or experience structural issues within this period, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Yes, we keep your 3D digital scans on file. If you need a replacement set in the future, you can order them without having to retake your impressions.
